We make money when your membership program is working: a share of each membership payment, and a subscription only if you choose a Plan with more.
How it works
7% of each membership payment on Community, 3% on Plus, 1.5% on Pro. Card processing is separate and always 2.9% + 30¢, the standard rate, on every Plan; U.S. bank accounts are 0.8%, capped at $5. Payouts run monthly on Community, weekly on Plus, and weekly or daily on Pro.
Members, contacts and viewers are unlimited on every Plan. Most membership software charges by the contact. We don't.
Every Plan includes email sends: 1,500 a month on Community, 25,000 on Plus, 150,000 on Pro. Past that, extra email is $3 per 1,000 on Community, $2 on Plus and $1 on Pro.
Community includes three seats, and that cap is firm. When a fourth person needs to help run things, Plus adds seats, History and a lower platform fee. Viewers are always free.
Fee coverage
Ask members to cover fees and they see one clear line in the total at checkout. Your organization receives the full membership price. Nobody is ever asked for a tip.
